What if an employee leaves?

Each license key is independent. Email us with the key you want revoked and we’ll deactivate it — your other seats keep working. You can also reassign that seat to a new employee at no extra cost.

Can I add seats later?

Yes. Email us and we’ll send another checkout link for the additional seats at the same $15/seat once rate. New seats join the same team account.

How do receipts work?

Right after payment we email a receipt for your records. That’s the whole paperwork — one purchase, one receipt, no recurring invoices to file.

Can one license cover multiple machines for one person?

Yes. A single license activates on every machine the same person owns — desktop, laptop, work and personal — no per-device limit. The seat count is per person, not per machine.

What about 100+ seats?

Same flat $15/seat rate. We don’t do enterprise tiers — the price stays the price.

Can the recordings live on a shared team Drive?

Not yet — for now each employee’s recordings save to their own Google Drive. A shared-team-Drive option is on our roadmap. Either way, files never touch our servers.

Refunds for team purchases?

Same 14-day refund policy. You can refund the whole team or just specific seats — we’ll issue a partial refund for the seats you don’t end up using.

Can we pay from outside the US?

Yes. We charge in USD and accept cards from anywhere. Any local tax that applies is added at checkout — the receipt shows the total clearly.
