Refund Policy

We stand behind Walkthrough. If it’s not right for you, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason or no reason at all.

1. Refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Refund requests made after the 14-day window has passed will be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

2. How to request a refund

Email hello@walkthrough.cc from the email address you used to purchase Walkthrough. In your message, include:

  • Your order number, if you have it (optional).
  • A brief note about what didn’t work for you (optional — we ask mostly so we can improve the product).

You do not need to explain yourself. A one-line email is enough.

3. How refunds are processed

Refunds are processed to your original payment method by our payment processor, typically within two business days of our confirmation. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Once a refund has been issued, your license key for Walkthrough will be deactivated. You will no longer be able to use the app, and any downloads you obtained will no longer function with that key.

4. Who is eligible

The refund policy applies to direct purchases of Walkthrough from this website. If you purchased through a reseller, distributor, or bundle promotion, refunds are governed by that provider’s policies.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us, we may treat your license as terminated. We’d much rather you email us first — almost every issue can be resolved by a conversation faster than a chargeback can be processed.

6. Exceptional circumstances

If you’re outside the 14-day window and you believe you have a good reason for a refund (accidental purchase, a serious bug that prevents use, duplicate charges), please email us at hello@walkthrough.cc. We’ll look at each case on its own and try to do the right thing.
